All Group runs are free – No membership is required. All abilities and paces are welcome! 

Saturday Training Preview


February 25 – March 4 – March 11

St. Paul / Minneapolis

Try out our spring training program! These three runs are open to anyone. Check the upcoming run schedule below for location details. 

Goal races are Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon and Grandma’s Marathon.  Led by certified coaches, our group training program is developed to encourage beginning marathoners while still meeting the needs of the more experienced runners. We emphasize the teamwork aspects of the sport along with the fun and enjoyment that can be provided through running with others.

Spring Thursdays


March 16 – June 8

6:00 P.M.

East River Flats, Minneapolis

Thursday evening group runs with Coach Kym Zest. Our goal is to continue free group-run opportunities year-round.  These workouts are open to anyone and will be structured to serve as an additional workout for participants in our training programs. 

Runners of all paces welcome.

Summer Track Thursdays


June 22 – August 25

6:00 P.M.

Location TBD 

Coach Laurie leads a group warmup and interval workout every Thursday in the summer. You don’t have to be fast; any level runner will benefit from a track session! 

This is a welcoming, inclusive group of runners and challenging workout for all paces.

Winter Saturdays

Minneapolis/ St. Paul

Run with the “Polar Bears”!

Distances typically range from 3 miles to 10+ and all paces are welcome. Bring your own hydration and enjoy a run with a friendly welcoming group.
