Run Minnesota offers training programs that target distances from the 5K to the marathon and accommodate all running abilities.  Our Group Training programs are based in the Twin Cities, our Virtual Training can be accessed anywhere and downloadable PDF training programs are available on our website. 

Group Runs are not training based but provide an option to get out for a run with others.  The Running Minnesota Training Log Book is the perfect complement to any training journey. Log your miles and find valuable resources to help you meet your goals!
