RUCK LIFE is the journey that celebrates our Nation’s Heroes and helps build healthier, happier lives for veterans living with trauma. Ruckers have been the primary source of funding that helps hundreds of veterans and their families in the Twin Cities.

THE RUNDOWN
TIMELINE
• 11:00 AM check-in – grab swag + free coffee + music
• 11:30 AM welcome warm-up + step-off presentation
• 12:00 PM step-off
• 3:30 PM brief awards ceremony – awards for top fundraising teams and individuals
THE ROUTE
• 2-mile loop
• All ruckers receive a finisher’s coin
• Complete 10 miles to earn your All The Way patch
• Family and dog friendly
• Water Stop on course for humans + dogs
• Route is running-style stroller friendly

• LINE OF HONOR – bring photos of past and present loved ones who served!
• DJ and live music on the course

WHAT TO CARRY
• Bring your own rucksack/backpack, any style will do
• Load your pack with food and clothing to donate at the finish line
• If you aren’t familiar with rucking, we recommend carrying a max of 20 lbs – for those more experienced, cap it at 50 lbs
