5K is out and back on the Mark Sather paved trail, fast and flat. Strollers are allowed on the 5K course only.
10 mile course is around White Bear Lake. It is an open course, there is traffic on the road with you. We go counter clockwise around the lake start and finish near the Boatworks Commons on White Bear Lake. Through neighborhood side streets, on paths, and the shoulder of the road. Some shoulder areas are narrow, No strollers or pets on the 10 mile course.
