The certified course is set on the gently rolling hills surrounding Bald Eagle Lake. Runners will run along the lake on the quiet streets. Aid stations every 1.5 miles and toilets at three locations on the half marathon. The majority of the race takes place on the lake with a roughly 3 mile detour into the rural countryside just north of the lake before the course comes back to run along the shores of beautiful Bald Eagle lake. Runners will finish at the Bald Eagle Regional Park for a pancake and sausage breakfast (weather permitting). Half marathon runners must complete the course in 4 hours or less.
