Track Thursday hosted by Run Minnesota
1. We meet every Thursday from 6-7 p.m. in the summer months when school is out and tracks are available. 2.. All paces are welcome! 3. Coach Laurie leads the group warmup and provides instruction for each week's interval workout. 4. All runs will be unsupported. You are responsible for your own water/sports drink/food pre-run, mid-run, and post-run.
