Join us on Saturdays at 8am for an informal group run hosted by Run Minnesota Team Leads.

Distances typically range from 3 miles to 10+ and all paces are welcome. Bring your own hydration and enjoy a run with a friendly welcoming group.

Coach Laurie leads a group warmup and interval workout every Thursday in the summer. You don’t have to be fast; any level runner will benefit from a track session! This is a welcoming, inclusive group of runners and challenging workout for all paces.
