River Rat 8K/4K/1K
Come and join us in the beautiful Belle Prairie Park nestled among some of the largest Red Pines in the area. The start area is along the Mississippi River and has a picnic area, disc golf and playground. The 8K course is USATF certified, flat, fast, on asphalt and is chip timed. The 4K course will be on trails and roads. It is also chip timed. The 1K makes a small loop in the park on the asphalt. Walkers welcome.…

Fall Color Trail Run/Hike
Experience the best Fall Color at the Arb at the 2nd annual Fall Color Trail Run/Hike. This event is staggered over 3 days to prevent overcrowding of the trail space and maximize the enjoyment for all participants. To join the fun, first select the date you want to run or hike, October 7 -9, next select your time 8am-3:30pm and your distance 1K, 5K or 10K.
