1. We meet every Thursday from 6-7 p.m. in the summer months when school is out and tracks are available.
2.. All paces are welcome!
3. Coach Laurie leads the group warmup and provides instruction for each week’s interval workout.
4. All runs will be unsupported. You are responsible for your own water/sports drink/food pre-run, mid-run, and post-run.
• Warm up/cool down/recover in the outer lanes clockwise
• Run workouts counterclockwise in the inner lane
• Faster runners pass on the right. Don’t worry about getting passed!
• Don’t change lanes quickly without communication.
• After your interval, make sure no one is coming up behind you before stopping or moving off the track to the inside.
