Swing into the multisport season and test your winter training at one of Minnesota’s longest running duathlon set in beautiful Lake Elmo. The run takes place on the paved trails of Lake Elmo Park Reserve, the bike is on open, paved roads running through the bucolic Lake Elmo horse country. A barbecue follows the race. Two race options: Regular Du – 3 mile run, 13.6 mile bike, 2.5 mile run or Reverse Du – 13.6 mile bike, 2.5 mile run, 13.6 mile bike. Relay team options also available. All participants receive a custom molded finisher medal.
