One Last Tri

Final triathlon of the season in Minnesota. Great first timer race with a self seeded, time trial swim start. Swim takes place in beautiful White Bear lake, the bike is through the horse country of White Bear Lake and Stillwater featuring lots of new pavement, run is on flat paved trail next to the lake. Aqua Bike, Sprint and Olympic options available for individuals and 2 and 3 person relay teams. All finishers receive a custom molded finisher medal. Barbecue follows the race for the awards ceremony. Sprint – 400 yard swim, 13.6 mile bike, 3.1 mile run. Olympic – 800 yard swim, 27 mile bike, 6.2 mile run. Aqua Bike skips the run.
