This metro triathlon offers multiple distances, options for relay teams and options for those who do not want to run. Swim in White Bear lake, ride the rolling hills of White Bear Lake, Withrow and Stillwater horse country, and run the flat and fast paved running trail along White Bear lake. Barbecue follows the race for the awards ceremony. All finishers receive a custom molded medal. Sprint – .5 mile swim, 13.8 mile bike, 3.1 mile run. Olympic-1mile swin, 27 mile bike, 6.2 mile run. Aqua Sprint – .5 mile swim, 13.8 mile bike. Aqua Olympic – 1 mile swim, 27 mile bike. 2 and 3 person relay teams available for all options.
