Frozen Forest 5K & Fish Fry

This scholarship fundraising fun run is perfect for those who like the scenery as much as the competition. Enjoy a picturesque run (or hike) around the shores of Long Lake. A warm fire with s’mores await you at the finish line. Enjoy some comradery during the social hour before sitting down to a delicious walleye fish fry dinner with wild rice. All racers receive a Frozen Forest 5k stocking cap.

All profits will go to scholarships so that students can attend Nature School or summer camps at Long Lake Conservation Center. The race and feast are a fundraiser presented by the Long Lake Conservation Foundation, a 501(c)3 that exists to support Long Lake’s mission of inspiring a deep appreciation of nature, promoting wise use of natural resources and fostering a lifelong stewardship of the environment.
