The final multisport event of the season for Minnesota. Minnesota’s oldest and longest running duathlon takes place in beautiful Lake Elmo Park Reserve. Take in the changing colors as you run the paved trails within the park and bike the rolling picturesque hills of Lake Elmo. 3 mile run, 14 mile bike, 2.5 mile run. Reverse Du option available – 14 mile bike, 2.5 mile run, 14 mile bike. Aqua bike option skips the run. Relay teams welcome. 5 year age groups, three deep. All participants receive a custom molded finisher medal. Shirt available for additional fee. Barbecue follows the race. All abilities welcome.
