37th Annual Gray Ghost race in the Halloween Capital of the World, Anoka, Minnesota. Course follows parade route with thousands of cheering spectators. Chip timed. Long sleeved technical shirts in women’s and men’s sizes. Costumes are encouraged. Age group and costume category awards.
